Your child has received an ADHD diagnosis….now what? Flock is here to help.

Flock, part of a family mental health non-profit, connects you with information, resources, and supportive community to help you navigate your parenting journey.

The top American Academy of Pediatrics recommendation for young children with ADHD is for parents to get parent training. Flock offers parent training that is affordable, evidence-based, and community-oriented. In partnership with clinical leaders, Flock has established tech-enabled, virtual parent training that keeps its focus on you.

Join to “meet your people” and feel centered and ready to support your child through the next phase of their journey.

We invite you to partner with us by joining the pilot.

  • Your Flock experience begins with virtual parent training with other families. Parents and caregivers “meet their people” and enter the next phase of their parenting journey with a team of parents with a shared experience – not unlike a new baby group.

  • This community is a home base as families navigate the multi-dimensional and long-term process of helping their child thrive at home, in school, and beyond.

  • Who is Flock for? For parents/caregivers in the New York City area with at least one child with a recent ADHD diagnosis, under 10.

What Flock families have to say…

“I didn’t just learn strategies…I finally felt understood.”

“I have more empathy for my child. There are things that she does that drive me crazy, but understanding that she doesn’t even possess the skill set (yet!) to change these behaviors really resonated with me."

“I'm a better parent than I was 6 weeks ago. I better understand how to communicate with & help my child.”
